Blogging Day 21-24 **Please forgive me**

So, this is no excuse because I really did have time, BUT I was traveling yesterday.  I am in Oklahoma and I was so excited about seeing my friend, America, for the first time since 2001!  Yes, that is her real name, LOL..   Anyways, forgive me for not writing for Day 21.

Now for Day 22, let's talk about this bonus!!  I really really really really really could use this $10,000.  Unfortunately, my friends don't see the vision.  They don't understand the products, and some don't want to understand.  I see the bigger picture and I really want the promotion to Diamond, and I really want that $10,000 bonus.  I can see me paying off two credit cards, and putting some money in the bank for a rainy day.  What can you do with an extra $10,000?  I need 5 business partners, well actually, I need 4 now.  So, I need 4 business partners who are SERIOUS about this.  And I need them to start making moves NOW.  March 31st is just around the corner.

Day 23 & 24, I finally did what I came out here to do, go to court.  I was supposed to testify in a court case (which I prefer not to talk about) and it lasted FOREVER!!! With this hotel's horrible wi-fi connection and my extreme exhausted state, I did not write at all.  HOWEVER; lets get back to the bonuses... Blogging Day 18 **Guess what happened yesterday?"**

So as you guys know, I posted about Greens yesterday.  I had some with my morning breakfast so I decided to post pictures of me drinking it on Facebook.  (It was early morning, don't judge my appearance!)  So I had mixed reviews from friends.  One friend said GROSS!  So I told her, don't knock it til you try it.  I actually use it as a meal replacement on weekdays because I don't have time in the mornings to eat.  Another one of my friends said SICK!!  But it was so funny because at the same time I posted to my other friend, "Inbox me your address and I'll send you some samples."  My friend that said "SICK!" wrote back, "Send me some too." BWAHAHAHAHAAHA!! I thought that was hilarious!  

Well as the day went on people asked about the ingredients and had all kinds of questions, you can find the ingredients here.    One of my friends also said, "Ugghh tell me when they have that in pill form."  So, how about there is a seminar for It Works Global going on right now in Florida, so last night I was on a conference call with my upline, Tamika Jones!  She is AWESOME!!!  And she was explaining that we have sooooooo many new products, a new look and feel to our website and more changes coming up.  She also said that Greens now come in a gummy!! I was like WOW!!!! Somebody heard my friend about the pill form and said, "Ha! We'll do you one better!!"  Isn't that awesome!?  I don't know about you, but I'm excited.  I can't wait to order and try it out.  However; I'm a creature of habit.  I don't think I'll stop drinking my Greens.  But I also like sugar, it may just be a replacement for my unhealthy snacks.  :)

Blogging Day 17 ***Why everyone NEEDS Greens****

Why does everyone need greens?!  The same reason why you should eat vegetables everyday!  There is no other food group that is perfectly matched to our every day human needs as vegetables.  There are many people that can not stand to eat vegetables *raises hand slowly*.  These people, like me, need an alternative, and here is where juicing and simple tricks to deceive yourself into digesting it comes into play.  But I have found that Greens from It Works is the most simplest of simple solutions and it helps with other issues as well.  Dietary fiber is critical for our health, not only on a daily basis, but on a meal-by-meal and snack-by-snack basis too.  Food cannot move through our digestive tract in a healthy way unless it is fiber-rich.  And vegetables are some of the very richest sources of fiber that exist.  

First off for vegetables, Greens is 8+ servings of fruits and vegetables!! YES!! I mix mine with pineapple juice and it is amazing.  Some people mix theirs with water, I don't know how they do it.  If it doesn't taste good, I'm not eating or drinking it!  But that's just me.  I know some of my friends can eat anything no matter how it looks, tastes or feels... GROSS! 

Greens come in two flavors, orange and berry.  I order lots and lots of berry flavor.  Its my favorite!   

8+ servings of fruits and vegetables will help to detoxify your body, balance your PH levels and alkalize your body.  People have experienced more energy, a cut back on food cravings, sleeping better, less cold and allergy symptoms, and much more...  Some people also have testimonies on how their health has been restored from using Greens.  I do not know for sure, everyone's body is different.

Blogging Day 16* What is Relief?*

Hello friends,

Blogging Day 15 *Deal or No Deal*

I'm sure you have watched the game show Deal or No Deal.  When this show first came out I was on pins and needles for the contestants.  Do you take the "for sure" money or do you gamble it to win a bigger pot?!  What would you do?  Every time I'm stuck with this dilemma, my answer is not the same, is yours?

Blogging Day 13 *Loyal Customer Bonus*

At this point, I'm sure you're saying how many bonuses can their be?!  Well I won't tell, you'll have to keep reading to find out.  :)  Today I will tell you how to get the Loyal Customer Bonus.  

When you personally enroll and MAINTAIN 60 loyal customers, accumulate 3,000 BV for the month, and you are commission qualified (which you should ALWAYS be) you will earn the $600 Loyal Customer Bonus.  This bonus will be paid out each month that these requirements are met.  So if you've done it once, it is too easy to do it again.  And to continue to do it.

Blogging Day 12 * How to get Bonuses*

Yesterday I talked about 2 ways that you get paid through It Works Global.  Today I will tell you about the awesome bonuses that they have.  So you've already become commission qualified, yesterday's blog explained that.  Now let's get these bonuses!!

Bonus #1 Wrap Rewards
As you continue to enroll loyal customers, you will earn wrap rewards you can use to purchase either one box of wraps or the facial applicator at a reduced price.  You will earn 1 wrap reward for every 2 loyal customers.  (DISCLAIMER: these rewards are only good for 60 days from the date they were applied to your account)

Bonus #2 Distributor Rebate Credit
If in your first 30 days, you enroll 4 loyal customers, no matter your GV, you will receive $120 in free product.  You can use that for 2 boxes of wraps.  And like I explained in yesterday's post, that is $200 or more dollars that you can make off those 2 boxes and all you've paid was shipping and handling fees.  (DISCLAIMER: you can use your auto shipment to buy whatever you want, and you can use your $120 in free credit for whatever product you want.  Its just easier for me to explain it this way b/c this is what I did.)

Bonus #3 Fast Start Bonus
To be fast start qualified you must have purchased a business builder kit, have set up your auto shipment for at least 80 BV, and have enrolled 2 loyal customers.   Once you have done that you've been fast start bonus qualified.  Who does that affect, ME!!!! :)  I will then get $100 for you being a wonderful distributor.  Now, how do you get it???  After you have been fast start qualified, the distributors that YOU enroll must also be fast start qualified.  When you enroll new distributors, who also meet the fast start bonus in their first 30 days, you will receive $100.  (I will work with you so that you receive your money).

Bonus #4 $500 Cash
In your first 2 months of being a distributor, if you have enrolled 4 loyal customers, and 3 distributors, you will receive a MINIMUM of $500 CASH.  **REMEMBER your loyal customers are loyal customers for 3 months.  You can do this! And I will help you.

Blogging Day 11 *How does It Works Global pay*

Making money with It Works Global is possible.  It can be easy or it can be hard, this just depends on your work ethic and your work effort.  In this business, the product basically sells itself.  The only problem is YOU have to bring your clients in.  Like all things, this isn't for everyone.  So you have to be able to market and sell yourself as well.  

****In order to earn commission, you must have your auto shipment turned on.****  The products on your auto shipment must be equal to or greater than 80 BV, which means bonus volume.  To make things easier, 2 boxes of wraps is 80 BV.  (You want the two boxes on hand at all times because you never know when you will have to do a demonstration or anything like that.  You can't sell from an empty wagon.)  

HOW TO GET PAID #1 

So, 2 boxes of wraps for you as a distributor is $59 x 2= $118 plus tax.  You in turn, sell those wraps individually at $25-$45 whichever suits you, then you are making anywhere between $200-$360 for those 2 boxes minus the fee that you've paid.  But that's not your commission.  That's what I like to call your "on hand money".  I prefer to do parties, which allow me to have enough people to get all my money back at one time. 

HOW TO GET PAID #2

You want 4 loyal customers at all times.  With your auto shipment and your customer's auto shipment, you should be making a minimum of 400 GV (Group Volume).  80BV x 5= 400GV.  Simple math.  And you will make a percentage off of that.   Your percentage depends on your rank, see diagram above.  It is not limited to those figures, but these figures are based off the minimum of 400GV.

Blogging Day 9 & 10 *I WAS BUSY*

Blogging Day 7 *Loyal Customer Program*

So people ask me, what is a loyal customer and what are the benefits.... Well today's blog is supposed to answer that question.  My mind is all over the place at any given time so hopefully this answers the questions.  If not, let me know and I will clarify.  

By signing up as an It Works loyal customer you are agreeing to make a purchase for 3 months through an auto-ship program.  Once you have completed your 3 month commitment you must call It Works directly and ask them to stop your auto shipment otherwise you will continue to get an order.  (Don't worry, I got you.. At the end of your three months, I will call you and remind you.  I will also be calling to check on you from time to time, unless you tell me to stop.  I don't want you to thing I'm stalking you.)  After the 3 month obligation is complete you will always be able to order at the wholesale price without any future monthly commitments.  Once a loyal customer, always a loyal customer. 

As a loyal customer, you will be issued a client ID number and password where you can log in to the website and track or edit your order.  You can change your order.  You are not required to order the same product each month, but if you do not edit your order at least 3 days prior to the shipment date, then the same thing you ordered the previous month will be shipped to you.  Your card will be charged the same day of each month as the first month purchased.  For example if you purchased today as a loyal customer, 7 January, your card will be charged each month after on the 7th and promptly shipped out thereafter.

Blogging Day 5 *Why I joined It Works Global*

Like I said before in, I think my first blog entry, I am active duty military.  I have been in the military for 13 years.  Well, every 6 months every Soldier must complete and pass a pt test.  After a pt test you have to be measured by height and weight.  You have be within your weight limit or if you're over then you have to taped (measured body fat).  The month was February when after a diagnostic pt I realized I was overweight and I did not pass tape.  Thank God I had did this on my own because if I had not then I would have been put on what we call the "fat boy program" in my case the fat girl program.  And at this point in my career if that happens then I can kiss any chance of getting promoted right out the window.  You have to be able to meet and sustain the standards in order to enforce them.

So...I had to do something and do it quick.  I was like okay... let me use a life line: FACEBOOK.  So I asked my friends "how can I lose weight fast?"  I used my other lifeline: GOOGLE.  And it came up with so much stuff.. The water fast... ummmm... I'm sorry, I'm not starving myself I like to eat toooooo much for that madness. And there were other fasts that I couldn't get with.  I don't like lemon so lemon anything was out of the question.  So my friend was like "I just started selling Advocare" I was like, "Ok.  Let me buy that."  Okay... BTW, I was what they call TDY, temporary duty station.  I was in Arlington, VA and I was making a good amount of extra money every month.  SO DON'T BELIEVE THAT THE ARMY PAYS ALL THAT WELL... anyways... I went ahead and I bought it.  And I'm not saying it doesn't work but it was a lot of pills and I didn't do my research.  I'm not a pill taker like that and I can't see myself taking all those damn pills.  I did not like the shakes and I ended up giving it away.  AGAIN... I'M NOT SAYING IT DOESN'T WORK.   But I wasted like 200 something dollars
on something I didn't do my research on.

The next friend of mine said hey I sell Beach Body.  I was like okay, let me buy that!  I bought it and again, lots of pills then you had to go grocery shopping and cook these meals.  I was staying at a hotel and I didn't have the time to cook anyways so needless to say, I really didn't do that.  I took the pills for a little while but again, not for me.

By this time it is the end of March early April.  I'm going through a crisis.  First of all, someone had stolen my beautiful dog Chloe on Easter Sunday.  Next I really need to lose this weight before I get back to my home station and take a real pt test.  And third, I found out that I had gotten passed over for promotion.  I'm angry and sad at the same time.  Well my cousin calls me out the blue, "Hey Fee, have you heard of that crazy wrap thing?" I said no.  She says it will tone, firm, and tighten your skin.  You might lose inches off your waist to help you with tape.  I'm like okay let me get one.  She is reluctant to send me one because first off, I'm not saying buy.  (FAMILY IS THE WORST!!  Including me, I know my faults, don't judge me!)  So I tell her I've already spent so much money with these other companies, I don't really have it like that, and blah blah blah and whooptie whoop.  She says okay.  She sends me one and I try it.  I saw a really big difference!! So she calls me back a week later asking if I received the wrap and how did I like it.  (AGAIN, FAMILY IS THE WORST!!) I said, I'm not sure... can you send another to make sure I even did it right.  (Seriously, don't judge me).  She sends another and I use it and I am really amazed by the results.  So I'm like yep, sign me up as a loyal customer FOR LIFE.  She tells me I'm going to do you one better, how about you become a distributor and you get your wraps at a discount FOR LIFE.  I laughed at the time but honestly she had a point.  I loved the product and I could sell to people that had the same issue as me.  The only thing was I didn't know about the other products.

Now I know you don't know me, but I can not and will not put my name behind something I do not believe in.  I have my own photography business as well and I do not need someone talking smack about me and it getting over to my photography clients or vice versa.  That is all bad.  If you're selling something you want to back your product up 100%.  If people think you are a crook you will get no business EVER!  Word of mouth is detrimental to EVERYTHING!  So I had to do my research.  It so happened that I was watching tv (I barely ever watch tv) and Dr. Oz was on.  He was talking about cambogia garcinia as I was going through the products from It Works, how about on the fat fighters ingredients it says clear as day, cambogia garcinia.  I was like OK... and so I proceeded to watch the show and half of what he was explaining to use for weight loss was in the products that It Works Global had.  I was amazed.  So I decided to do an ingredient comparison between companies.  After my ingredient comparison I did a price comparison.  I would tell you what I found, but stop being lazy and compare them all on your own.  LOL.. :)  That's your homework for tonight.

Well long story short, (don't you hate that after someone's said/written a novel?) I joined the It Works Global family and I really enjoy it.  Feel free to ask me anything about it.  Well anyways, I have to go cook for my fiancé.

Blogging Day 4 *I'm the kind of person who...*

I'm the kind of person who:
-believes in God
-tries to see the good in people
-loves to have a good time but can't stay up past 10pm
-will try to save the bridge before i have to burn it down and cover it in acid
-is the best of friend and the worst of kind of enemy
-sings off key
-is a social network junkie (just found out)
-likes being included
-makes goals
-makes time to be with friends and family
-believes time is a blessing and a curse
-believes technology is a blessing and a curse
-is not afraid of hard work

Blogging Day 3 *One Year from now you'll wish you started today!*

I just read this:   "More and more people are realizing that the government, their families, corporate America, whoever are NOT going to be able to take care of them in the future.  NOW is the absolute best time to be in our industry. Social media is increasing rapidly, and entrepreneurialism is growing exponentially among young adults. We are primed for success in 2014, so let’s go out there and  make it happen!"

Since I just skimmed the article, I really don't know what business she is talking about.  But Jessica Higdon is really all over it.   This is soooo true.  We really can't rely on anyone but ourselves for retirement.  I always go to places such as Waffle House and Ihop with my younger cousins and I tell them to look at the older people working there.  Not to ridicule those people but to help my family understand that those people are not there because they want to be.  They are there because they have to be.  You have to set yourself up for success.  It might happen overnight for some but not for all.  The reality is you've got to work and work hard.  I want to work hard while I'm younger so I can reap the benefits when I'm older.  Who wants to work all of their lives???  I surely do not.  I'm a fan of Suze Orman.  I want to be debt free and to live life without having to rob Peter to pay Paul.  

Now I'm not saying join my It Works team and be millionaires (somewhat, though) but I'm saying when you don't have a home based business you are leaving thousands of dollars out there.  There are people in home based businesses making millions of dollars.  Is that all to life, making money?  No, no it is not.  However; I do want to be comfortable and I want my kids (God wiling that I ever have any) to be comfortable as well.  I don't want to have to tell my kid no because I don't have it and I can't afford it.  I want to tell my kid no because I said no.  There really is a big difference. 

The It Works Global family is so young right now, it is the opportune time to jump in.  Imagine if this were McDonald's start up and I was asking you to invest because I see it will be something great in the future.  I'm sure a lot of people were scared to invest then.  I'm sure a lot of people looked at the hard work that needed to be put into that business and said no.  I'm sure when that business took off and expanded and it was too late they were kicking themselves.  My thing is you do not have to invest with me, but invest in yourself.

Blogging Day 1 *About Me*

 

 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!  Thank God we have made it through to a new year.  Some people didn't make it and I am so glad that we did!  I have got to be the worst blogger ever but on a challenge to myself I plan to blog everyday for the next 365.  Wish me luck!! Well, a little about me.... My name is Fiona and I currently reside in Newport News, VA.  I have been in the US Army for 13 years, 14 in June... :)  I am really trying to make it to 20 years but everyday is a challenge.  I guess that's with any job though.

Speaking of jobs, I also own my own photography business.  Check out my work at www.fionahammondphotography.com.  I am also a consultant with Mary Kay (I am about to quit that though, Mary Kay is an AWESOME business, just not for me) check out my website www.marykay.com/beautybyfee (while it still exists).  And I am also a distributer for It Works Global, another AWESOME company.  I found out that once you get to a certain rank I would have to choose one or the other home based business anyways..  Guess which I chose?!  I like to stay busy, obviously.  I love to meet new people.  And I LOVE to laugh.
