Blogging Day 17 ***Why everyone NEEDS Greens****

Why does everyone need greens?!  The same reason why you should eat vegetables everyday!  There is no other food group that is perfectly matched to our every day human needs as vegetables.  There are many people that can not stand to eat vegetables *raises hand slowly*.  These people, like me, need an alternative, and here is where juicing and simple tricks to deceive yourself into digesting it comes into play.  But I have found that Greens from It Works is the most simplest of simple solutions and it helps with other issues as well.  Dietary fiber is critical for our health, not only on a daily basis, but on a meal-by-meal and snack-by-snack basis too.  Food cannot move through our digestive tract in a healthy way unless it is fiber-rich.  And vegetables are some of the very richest sources of fiber that exist.  

First off for vegetables, Greens is 8+ servings of fruits and vegetables!! YES!! I mix mine with pineapple juice and it is amazing.  Some people mix theirs with water, I don't know how they do it.  If it doesn't taste good, I'm not eating or drinking it!  But that's just me.  I know some of my friends can eat anything no matter how it looks, tastes or feels... GROSS! 

Greens come in two flavors, orange and berry.  I order lots and lots of berry flavor.  Its my favorite!   
8+ servings of fruits and vegetables will help to detoxify your body, balance your PH levels and alkalize your body.  People have experienced more energy, a cut back on food cravings, sleeping better, less cold and allergy symptoms, and much more...  Some people also have testimonies on how their health has been restored from using Greens.  I do not know for sure, everyone's body is different.
