So people ask me, what is a loyal customer and what are the benefits.... Well today's blog is supposed to answer that question. My mind is all over the place at any given time so hopefully this answers the questions. If not, let me know and I will clarify.
By signing up as an It Works loyal customer you are agreeing to make a purchase for 3 months through an auto-ship program. Once you have completed your 3 month commitment you must call It Works directly and ask them to stop your auto shipment otherwise you will continue to get an order. (Don't worry, I got you.. At the end of your three months, I will call you and remind you. I will also be calling to check on you from time to time, unless you tell me to stop. I don't want you to thing I'm stalking you.) After the 3 month obligation is complete you will always be able to order at the wholesale price without any future monthly commitments. Once a loyal customer, always a loyal customer.
As a loyal customer, you will be issued a client ID number and password where you can log in to the website and track or edit your order. You can change your order. You are not required to order the same product each month, but if you do not edit your order at least 3 days prior to the shipment date, then the same thing you ordered the previous month will be shipped to you. Your card will be charged the same day of each month as the first month purchased. For example if you purchased today as a loyal customer, 7 January, your card will be charged each month after on the 7th and promptly shipped out thereafter.
If a year passes and you want to order a box of applicators at $59, then simply log into the website, www.fionawraps.myitworks.com or call in the order.
